Parent Staff Partnership

Welcome to the Parent Staff Partnership (PSP) page!

The PSP is a group of involved parents and staff that fill the traditional role of a PTA here at Westview Elementary School.  We do all the fun, rewarding and hard work to help Westview educate our children and assist our teachers and school where needed.

So how are we different than a PTA?  The answer to this common question is quite simple.  Unlike a PTA we are not our own non-profit, we operate under the Westview’s non-profit as a line item in their budget.  This means the administrative staff and our principle provide oversite within the district's guidelines. Additionally, operating under their umbrella, we do not have the hassle of maintaining our non-profit status, filing taxes and audit of financial records.  We simply get to focus on our teachers and students.

PSP Board Meetings
