Welcome! My name is Cabrini Lovato and I will be at Westview this year teaching English Language Development. I have been a 1st, 2nd, and ELD teacher in Adams 12 since 1996. I grew up in this district and have had an amazing experience building relationships within the many communities I've served! I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Multicultural Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Most recently, I completed the Ritchie Program for School Leadership from the University of Denver. I believe in lifelong learning and a growth mindset, which I strive to pass on to my students.
In my spare time, I love being with my 2 sons Anthony and Kiki! We do almost everything together, including taking care of our Miniature Schnauzer. I'm an advocate for civil rights, the humane treatment of animals, and equity in education for every child. I'm proud to be a Westview Wildcat because it's a strong community that cares for others and the world around us!
